Mrs. Sarah LawlessMy Teaching PhilosophiesI believe that all children are capable of learning.
My classroom is a strong community where children are supported, valued, and have their individual needs fully met. I believe that students need a nurturing environment in order to thrive and be successful. My goal is to teach your children to be confident in themselves, critical thinkers and independent learners. I hold high expectations for each student and believe that they can “do anything they put their mind to!” I believe that good communication between parent, teacher and student is important for academic growth. I believe that it is important to provide a healthy learning environment where students feel safe, comfortable and encouraged so that they can learn to the best of their ability. I consider it a great privilege and responsibility to be your child's teacher. |
